NEW RESIDENTS IN THE ANIMAL SOS SANCTUARY
It is the first time in the history of ANIMAL SOS MADA that we have had so many cats in our sanctuary looking for good homes... It is the sign of the times... not only are the number of dogs lost and abandoned increasing daily, but now even the cats are no longer welcome in their home. Please help them!
The pictures of the cats can be seen below.
At Animal SOS, we make every effort to
ensure that our dogs are socialised and given basic training to prepare
them for adoption with a minimum of stress to the new owners. Our dogs
are brought into a sociable and lively atmosphere in our kennels, where
they have to learn to live together with other dogs with different and
sometimes difficult personalities, due to the hard times they may have
survived.
It is therefore often unsettling for some
dogs if they have to change to a quiet and lonely life, and it is much
easier for them if you have other dogs. If not, we strongly advise you
to have a companion for them until they settle in to their new
surroundings.
We are happy to "loan" you a dog which you
can foster for as long as you think necessary, and that you can return
when your adopted dog has settled in. We also advise that you take your
time to choose a dog with a personality that suits you and that would
fit easily into your lifestyle.
We are at your complete disposal at any time
including weekends for meetings with your future companion and
discussion and suggestions to make the transition easy
ANIMAL SOS MADAGASCAR offers a special reduced price for all
vaccinations and treatments for our adopted dogs for the rest of their
lives. Vet Clinic costs for pet relocation are also at reduced prices for expatriates.
